A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

A luxurious and spacious houseboat for rent near Giethoorn. The houseboat can be rented for people who want to go on holiday to Giethoorn, discover the Weerribben-Wieden National Park or just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. A unique location on the water with an unobstructed view of the reed beds. From the modern interior, high glass walls offer a view of the surrounding nature and you can spot many holiday boats in summer, in addition to various birds. An adjacent sloop can be rented.

U beschikt over een privéschuurtje voor uw fietsen. Sinds april 2024 hebben wij een groot balkon waarmee u prachtig uitzicht heeft over de vijver. Dit comfortabele vakantiehuis ligt direct aan het Drents-Friese Wold. Het huis ligt op een park zonder faciliteiten/toegangspoort of regels. De huizen op het park worden zowel permanent bewoond als verhuurd voor vakantie. Je kunt in de omgeving naar hartelust wandelen, fietsen en mountainbiken. Steden als Assen, Leeuwarden en Groningen zijn goed te bereiken. Het huis is compleet en stijlvol ingericht en nodigt uit om lekker te ontspannen met een boek bij de open haard.

Our lovely house is an old renovated farm, with all the comfort of today. The holidayhome de Drentse Hooglander has its own entrance, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with tv( netflix), a private garden and terrace. You'll find us in Eemster, just 3km from Dwingeloo, at a quiet road nearby 3 large naturereserves. Biketours and hikes starts from the house. Aldo and i hope to see and welcome you!

Onze boerderij is in 2015 geheel nieuw gebouwd, wij wonen in het achterhuis en het voorhuis is ingericht als vakantie woning. 5 eigen parkeerplaatsen, een ruime tuin met terras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. 1 slaapkamer op de begane grond met eigen badkamer, de andere 4 slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping met gezamelijke badkamer.

Ons gezellige, karakteristieke achterhuis met een oppervlakte van maar liefst 120m2 is onderdeel van een rietgedekte woonboerderij uit 1862. Het heeft een eigen entree en volop privacy. Er is een prachtige grote woonkamer met eiken balken en vide. Hiervandaan heb je een schitterend weids uitzicht over de achtergelegen weilanden.
