This duplex villa with Infinity pool (running edge) with heating is inviting you to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. Fully air-conditioned property with video surveillance. Villa offers accommodation for 6 persons in spacious bedrooms. All the rooms in the villa have a beautiful view of the sea and islands.

Apartment is located in quiet area for those guests who prefer total peace and want to enjoy their privacy away from busy lifestyle of urban areas, as well as enjoying in beautiful view on the sea and nearby islands. This private fully equippped room is ideal for families, friends or couples. Located in the center of the city, near famous Bacvice beach. Everything you need is less then 3 minutes of walking. Dioclatinas Palace, Bacvice beach ,bars, restaurants, shops, ferry port, central bus and train station. You dont need car or taxi because everything is at walkable distance Most of my guests are here for short stay 1-3 days (traveling from airoprt to islands or other way because location is ideal)

Flat by the sea - Poolside East

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space right above the sea, only 100 steps from the beach. The Poolside East is part of Le Grand Bleu, a villa that comprises different units, which can be rented individually or as a whole. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located right by the pool and it features a daybed that can comfortably accommodate 2 children, and an outdoor terrace/patio with views of the Adriatic Sea. The pool and the fitness room are shared with other guests.

Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊
