One of Mulberry Gap's most popular cabins! With a double bed, & 3 twins it's sized just right for a couple or group up to 5. Pond Nook comes stocked with a small kitchenette: Sink, Two-burner hotplate, microwave, coffee pot, mini-fridge, cookware and dining essential Located adjacent to the shower house, overlooking the koi pond, and in easy walking distance from the hot tubs, The Barn, & the office and retail shop. Includes bedding, robes, and towels. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Bear's Lair is one of Mulberry Gap's most popular cabins! With a king and a twin bed it's just right for a couple or a group of 3. Overlooking the stream and the campfire circle and one of the hot tubs, it's also in easy walking distance of The Barn dining area, Bath & Showerhouse, and the office and retail shop. Cabin includes bedding, robes, and towels. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Meals are available for purchase on-site! Right in the heart of the Mountains with easy access!

Koi Cove is a super cozy bunk-house style cabin with six individual twin beds, heating, a/c, minifridge, and microwave. Located right in the center of Mulberry Gap, Koi Cove is just a 10 second walk from the showerhouse/bathroom, near the hot tubs, overlooking the koi pond, and a quick walk to The Barn for meals! Koi Cove shares a fire pit and deck with Pond Nook Cabin (which houses up to 5) and booking both cabins is popular for groups of 8-11 to have connected space!
