This Studio Apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in East Mesa next to Taft Elementary School. The home recently had many upgrades. It is welcoming, a "Home away from Home". You will be right around the corner from Usery Park for hiking, biking, and equestrian trails. Saguaro and Canyon lakes are 25 min from the home for great boating or fishing. The Salt River is a 15 min for some beautiful scenery and wild life including the Salt River Horses. You will enjoy quick and easy access to the 202.

This beautiful remodeled studio apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, close to hospitals, shopping and public transportation. Renters will have access to the shared patio with the owners and a BBQ grill. Owners will not use the patio while you are the guest. No Smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Please don't book if this is an issue! Feel free to enjoy the backyard gazebo and firepit (instructions inside the apartment). Also, set up the cornhole game on the grass and enjoy playing!

Paula’s Cozy Retreat

Fully equipped one bedroom upstairs apartment. Peaceful little place for travelers. The comfortable retreat is right next to our apple orchard and close to a dry creek. No smoking, No pets. The town of Payson is 10 minutes away. We usually supply our guests with fresh eggs and produce from our garden. We have a nice area outside with a hammock, fire pit with chairs and a grassy area for playing games. There is plenty of room for trailers, RV’s and campers.

Come experience Taylor in our little carriage house apartment! It is located in a quiet rural area off the beaten path on our little farm that we are working on making into a permiculture oasis. Come make memories at our unique and family-friendly place. There are chickens, goats and dogs and cats on the property so be aware that you may hear and see activity that is involved with farm life.
