It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.

Dart (train)& Luas tram station 10mins walk (then 20mins into city), buses 2-5mins walk (about 35mins on bus to city centre). Walk to city centre 50mins. 25mins to airport via taxi from house. Two cafes 5mins walk from house. Also shops, takeaways 5mins walk, restaurants about 20mins walk. Phoenix Park is 20mins walk from house.
