A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. It's walking distance to downtown, the Brevard Music Ctr, & Railroad Ave music & breweries. Let this updated duplex be your starting point for exploring Western NC!

Spend the days paddling around in the supplied canoes, jumping off the dock into the crystal clear water and floating to your hearts content. The only sounds you will hear is the waterfall across the way and the streams that run on each side of the house. In the evenings enjoy dinner on the deck, drinks by the fire pit, and relaxing in the hot tub.
