This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home was recently updated. It has a beautiful kitchen with island seating that has the basic cooking needs like pots, pans, rice cooker, toaster, and a coffee maker with coffee, cream, and sugar provided. The Livingroom has comfortable couches and a large Roku TV. The master bedroom has queen bed, a small roku tv, and its own bathroom (shower only). The side bedroom also has a queen bed and roku tv. The hall bathroom has a tub. Owners may be on property.

This modern studio has a private entrance, full kitchen with all the cooking basics and a full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a shower (NO Tub). There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

Centrally located in a family friendly neighborhood, only 20-30 minutes to Roosevelt Lake/Salt River. If you are here for work, this location is only a couple minutes from the local CVRMC hospital and just a 10-15 minute drive to local mines.
