This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

Every detail was delightfully planned in this restored historical cottage. Built as part of the original Hassler Homestead circa late 1800's. The original miners shack was fully renovated by a designer/builder team to create this creek side escape. This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom retreat is located in the heart of Apple Hill within walking distance to Barsotti's, Delfino Farms and Lava Cap Winery. Immerse yourself in the tranquil, creek side setting as you relax in the private hot tub.

La Casa Del Sol

Guest suite attached to the main house with separate entrance. French doors opening up to large patio. Well lit entrance and living space. Kitchenette includes fridge, electric portable induction cooktop, microwave, pans, cutlery, and tableware. Whole house water filtration system. Large bathroom with walk-in shower.
