Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 2 story private guesthouse that sleeps a travel group of 3-4. The couch on the ground floor opens up into a bed and can sleep 2 but more ideal for single guest. Outdoor hot-tup, kitchen and all essentials to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. 15 minute walking distance from the beach, 3-4 minutes by car. We provide free parking and assistance in any travel related questions. Can also use the 2 common swimming pool and area.

Villa Safira- Private Villa With Pool (not heated)

Brand new villa (built in 2024) with ocean view and private pool (pool is not heated)! Awesome location with 20-minute drive from the airport, 5-minute drive to the beach and walking distance to grocery stores (3-minute walk to Migros and 5-minute drive to Macro Center). 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (shared), plus work/study desk. Air conditioning in each room. Gorgeous pool, yard, lounge chairs, dining table and barbeque are waiting for you. It comes with private parking for two cars.

Без паспортных данных въезд запрещён.Дом с великолепным большим зелёным садом. В саду есть зона барбекю.где можно провести велеколепно вечер.В доме 2 спальний комнаты 4 кровати. дом большой 135кв на первом этаже с отдельным входом. любителям цветов 💐 и спокойствия ждём в гости до ялыкавак Марины 5 минут на машине.До ближайшего пляжа 1км.магазины и остановка все рядом.очень хорошее место положение

Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with a pool and a view
