A great place to spend time with family and friends, enjoy the fresh air exploring the natural surroundings or stay indoors for a game of pool by the fireplace.Perfect for a short stopover whilst travelling or a longer getaway!

Totally unwind at The Coach House. Built in 1870,you’ll fall in love with it’s rustic charm. If only it’s beautiful stone walls could talk! Step through the old gates and you’ll feel miles from anywhere but you’ll be right in the heart of Australia’s first inland city known for its classic Victorian architecture, cathedrals and parks. So much to see and explore within 100 steps! Relax and dine under the shady vine covered pergola or snuggle in on a chilly day and enjoy a wine by the wood fire!

Hi I'm Basil. I live with my donkey family on a beautiful property in Exeter. Come and stay in a lovely private barn beside my paddock. What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries or simply sit by the fire with a good book and be alone with your thoughts! Your off-grid venture awaits – This is not your normal hotel stay!!

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchenette, dining table and comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to Bundanoon village. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

Self contained converted recording studio

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.

A short 5 minute drive from the heart of historical Goulburn. Burralinga guest cottage is set on 30 acres of rolling hill, with views over the country side. A fully self- contained cottage, featuring open-plan design, with every modern convenience and the warmth in winter of a pot belly stove. A separate dwelling from the main house, assures privacy and solitude. There is also plenty of space to accommodate cars and trailers.
