There is a plan to build two independent studios upstairs in the future, however only the structural concrete work has been completed at this stage and no guests are accommodated there. A beautiful, very affordable and private holiday home fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom and toilet. There is also a private parking. The house is located in a residential area, near to all amenities. It is around 5 minutes drive from SSR airport and 12 minutes to Blue Bay beach, Le Bouchon, La Cambuse beach and Mahebourg Waterfront. Plaisance mall and Bo Vallon Shopping malls are less than 10 minutes from the house.
