Cozy Casita in the Trees

Enjoy this cozy casita for two on a small hill with lots of trees in Diamond Valley, centrally located right between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. Please note that the bathroom is a detached building next to casita and has a compost toilet, shower and sink. Cuddle up in the soft queen bed(removable pad), make a cup of coffee or snack in the kitchenette, or relax on the attached patio. Pets are not allowed. We can’t accept reservations for someone not on your account. Infants welcome.

Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

Prescott Home Away From Home

Our home is centrally located on nearly an acre. You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio or read by the open window in your bedroom seating area and listen to the wide variety of birds that frequent our quiet neighborhood.

Kirk's Kasita~NEW Guesthouse

Welcome to Kirk's Kasita; A brand-new private Guesthouse nestled in the beautiful pines of Prescott, AZ. Within minutes, you can be enjoying downtown Prescott, shopping, hiking and even swimming in the lakes. The Kasita is also very close to the airport and concert venues. We are perfect for a couples get-away, a small family running to a sporting tournament or just someone needing a little R&R. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens. Additional pillows, blankets, towels, pack-n-play, iron, picnic basket & more available on request

Modern Luxe / Hot Tub

The home is a modern skandi with all the luxury and comfort one would desire including a luxurious 2 person hot tub. We also have a library of vintage books and games for you to enjoy! Very close to Downtown restaurants/bars/shops! Also close to hiking trails & Lakes Well behaved Dogs are welcome. (Please indicate when making reservations) PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE POTS/PANS/COOKWARE There are utensils/glasses plates etc… but no pots and pans.

Experience the front row view of the Granite Dells. There is great peace and tranquility that comes with these spectacular views. Direct access to the famous Peavine trail is available, with a short walk from the house to the trail head. The most popular trails, Flume and Watson Lake are also accessible from the Peavine trail. You can also spend your time at Watson Lake, admiring the rock formations while you standing paddle or kayak.

Come experience social distancing at the Granite Dells in Prescott, Arizona. This quaint cottage is settled in a small community close to hiking, biking, kayaking, and more. It's the perfect place to get away! Though there are only two bedrooms, the home easily sleeps 6. There is a king sized bed in the master, a queen bed in the second bedroom and queen Murphy bed. The Rock Palace is safe and ready for you!
