Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

The bathroom is ornately made with floral waterfall tile work and a sink found at one of Prescott's downtown. This tiny house is specially made with LOVE by an artist! The sliding glass door over looks Mingus Mountain. The location is central to town of Prescott Valley, Sedona (1 hr), Phoenix (1.5)

Secluded Getaway -Spacious! 10 Minutes from Town

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate with a keypad. The gate opens and your in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, roll top desk, pellet stove for winter and A/C in the summer. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner.

With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road. This cozy cabin is located five miles from Prescott in beautiful Williamson Valley. The cabin is on a two acre family farm with a large vegetable garden & chickens. You will be able to spend quiet evenings sitting on the porch swing enjoying the beautiful view of Granite Mountain. This place is perfect for guests who want to escape from the busyness of city life or the desert heat. Our guests often enjoy hiking and exploring all the natural beauty in our area.
