This comfy, cozy little cabin is very romantic getaway or a quiet, solitary escape. Cleanliness and sanitary guidelines are being observed, as always. At least 24 hours required between bookings. Molly Butler's restaurant and the Rendezvous Diner are now open and walking distance from the bunkhouse. The Lazy Trout Market is also open. Fishing is a short walk from the back door. Hiking trails are everywhere. Our guests love to stargaze and watch the wildlife from the private back deck.
Our cabin was once part of the Greer Lodge Resort where we have rented and vacationed for the past ten years. It is located on historic Main Street and borders the Greer Meadow, National Forest and Little Colorado River. It is a place where you can experience nature’s wonder, with clean, crisp mountain air and endless blue skies in the beautiful town of Greer, a quiet rural village in northern Arizona.
In summer, Greer is an escape from high temperatures. Wildflowers sprout in alpine meadows alive with native wildlife including antelope, deer, and elk. Autumn means burnished leaves and crisp temperatures. Snow transforms the town to a Winter wonderland in the Winter. Recreational opportunities abound in every season. The clear waters of the Little Colorado River run right through town and three lakes offer sport fishing for trout. There’s also hiking, hunting, horseback riding, and skiing.
