Once you are nestled snugly in New Orleans' second oldest neighborhood, lovely Algiers Point, you will delight in the original artwork created by your host artist, and in the historic architecture, as you stroll our quaint streets and enjoy restaurants and bars just steps from the Art House, and along the walking path by the mighty Mississippi River.

Entire cozy, private 1 bedroom apartment 2.5 blocks off St. Charles with secure, gated, off street parking, a back deck w tiki bar and enclosed front porch. Walking distance to several great places for food, drink, groceries, etc. It's also two blocks from the streetcar line, which drops you off directly across canal from Bourbon Street for $1.25.

House is close to Superdome, French quarter, world war II museum and 2 blocks from the St. Charles street car. Only blocks away from St. Charles Mardi Gras parade route. You’ll love my place because of it's location. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) A lot of things to do for everyone including families with children. House is located in a safe neighborhood with a lot of new construction.
