Large fenced porch with rocking & sitting chairs. Six explorable acres (along with main house), 5 swings, 2 fire pits, charcoal grill & small pond. (Pond is newly built) Close to Wimberley, Fischer, Johnson City, & Fredericksburg. Also Blanco State Park, Enchanted Rock, Pedernales Falls & Jacobs Well!

7S Ranch Bunkhouse

Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed/ futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

Domovina Ranch Cottages ("The FW")

We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

Hill Country Llama Haven *llamas & alpacas*

Check out the llamas and alpacas right from the backyard! Relax in tranquility or explore the area! In the evening, unwind in the private hot tub or by the fire pit while the llamas and alpacas graze the pastures. Fully fenced backyard for your pets to enjoy. This cabin is close to many hill country wineries, breweries, and distilleries as well as hiking, swimming, and good eats! Come hang out and enjoy the peaceful hill country! Farm tour available! Our cozy one room cabin is tucked away in a peaceful wooded area, accompanied by the sounds of a running creek just out front. This spot is a great place to relax and unplug from the busyness of life. Enjoy a stroll or hike alongside the creek, plop some chairs in the water and take in the sounds of nature. Kids enjoy exploring, wildlife and roasting marshmallows while snuggling up around a campfire. The experience is much like camping, not to be compared with a hotel.

The Riverwood - A Hill Country retreat!

The Riverwood cabin was built by the property owner (Oso), a direct descendant of Dr. Herff, an early settler to Boerne in the 1850's. The rustic, craftsman-built cabin sits on an 85 acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, located just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square. The cabin is a bit quirky, and definitely an experience, yet has all the comforts you will need for a relaxing stay with friends or family! Please read house rules before booking.
