We have designed a villa-type lodging for those who wish to connect with nature and enjoy the environment, without the noises of the city. Despite being a country house, it has all the comforts of the city, during your stay you can make use of our common areas and activities, also for lovers of the stars or photographers, at night you can appreciate the spectacle made by the stars, a phenomenon caused by low light pollution.

Sector residencial seguro, a pocos minutos de varios centros comerciales.

Solo se alquila una habitación. La casa está ubicada en Villa del Rey, una urbanización con seguridad privada al norte Guayaquil. Hay espacios compartidos como sala, cocina y baño. Alquilo la habitación para cubrir gastos de estudios.
