Modern country home (entire lower level, 1200 sq. feet) with magnificent views of the West Elk Mountains. Excellent internet (fiber optic) that runs at about 145 mbps. The area is well known for dark skies and great star gazing. Unlimited outdoor activities, superb wine tasting at local vineyards and easy access to Telluride, Aspen and Crested Butte. Very private space in lower level with walkout patio. Spacious bedroom has one queen bed. Two twin beds are in the oversized common space.

Great hiking, biking, skiing, hunting, & sledding, including Mineral Belt trail, plus fishing, boating, beaches, at Turquoise Lake (5 mi.). Ski Cooper (downhill, XC ski & snowshoeing) 10 minutes from front door. Laid back locale compared to big resorts & more affordable too, esp. for families. Late summer & fall great for conquering four 14k ft peaks nearby: Elbert, Massive, Harvard & Yale. Dog friendly.
