If you're a hunter, you're in the prime location. Skiing!!! But if you want to relax and enjoy the scenery, you couldn't have picked a better place!

If you like boating, the Blue Mesa Reservoir is only 10 minutes up the road. This property is centrally located and close to everything; shops, restaurants, hiking/biking in Hartman Rocks with over 4000 miles of trails, fishing, scenic tours, rafting and so much more. This Cabin has private river frontage on Spring Creek which runs year around. You can hear the babbling water from every room in the house. It's truly a magical place!

Welcome to our newly renovated home nestled on a sprawling 750-acres! The house sleeps 7 with 2 full baths and plenty of communal space. Experience the best of both worlds with a unique blend of seclusion and accessibility as we are located 15 minutes from downtown Gunnison, 20 minutes from the ATV trails of Pitkin, and 45 minutes from the shops and mountain adventures in Crested Butte. The ranch itself has opportunities for hiking and fishing so long as it is discussed with the hosts first!

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.
