This historic building built in 1927 was redesigned in 2012 to include 88 apartments, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace. This private room is a quaint space that has a king bed, bathroom, desk, tv, internet, mini-fridge, microwave and a SmartLock which will only work with your code during your stay. Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance.
