Hi! I am 9 years old and I'm the boss of this campsite. I really love guinea pigs. They are fluffy, they eat a lot of carrots, and when they get super happy, they jump in the air (it's called "popcorning"), so that's how the name came about. It's a really great spot to put your tent, the ground is soft (just like guinea pig bedding!) The thet area can accommodate a 4 person rectangular tent. The ground is a little sloped. The fire pit is very close to the tent area, please keep the fire small.

Enjoy ease of huge, level gravel pad. Includes a 2 sided privacy structure to hang an outside shower bag (bring water & bag). Branch lake is right across the main road! 15 mins to Ellsworth, 45 to Bar Harbor. No bathrooms, bring water, take your trash. Includes trees, fire wood, fire ring, lots of stars.

Fall asleep in the fresh Maine air, listening to the sounds of the nearby harbor. Wake to birdsong and dancing leaves. Our 5m bell tent is appointed with cozy furnishings to wrap you in comfort after a day of exploration. Recline under the stars by the fire pit and view the magnificent milky way. Please note: we are not located in or near Bar Harbor. We are not oceanside. There is no electricity, heat or AC in the tent. No pets are allowed. We are happy to host families, including children.

Our family owned glampground is just 4 miles from Acadia N.P. This tent has a full bathroom, two comfy queen beds, a long bunk bed, outfitted kitchenette, kitchen table and outside deck. Saw Mill Slumber • Waterfront Yurt | Tent Stay

This 14' bell tent looks over Webb Brook and the old saw mill that serviced the area over 100 years ago. Beauty and history combined with the wonders of nature make this a place you'll never forget. Fishing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, ATVing and tubing are just some of the past times while exploring this magical area. Graham Lake is just a walk away with public boat access. Picnic table and fire pit provided. About 35 minutes to Acadia National Park and all of the Downeast region.

This site is sandwiched between Bar Harbor (30 mins) and Schoodic (25 mins). This location is ideal for those who want to enjoy all the Acadia area has to offer without the crowds. The site is well equipped for a comfortable stay in beautiful location.

A basic camp in the woods just off coastal route 1, only 15 minutes from Schoodic district of Acadia. The canvas wall tent has a queen bed, linens, and towels. There is a cooler, a camping shower with limited hot water, and power. Privy, firepit, double hammock, lights, a camping stove and very basic cooking implements. You WILL hear some highway noise, but the site offers more privacy than a campground. There are kayaks to explore Jones pond , a 10 minute walk down the trail.

Sampson Farm Canvas Tent

The wall tent is 12x14 with a full-sized bed, wood stove, fire pit, and an outhouse. The tent sits on 100+ acres of beautiful woods and ponds that are free to explore. Dogs are welcome, there are 3 resident dogs, 2 collies that will greet you and a retired guardian dog. Also a couple of sheep, possibly pigs, and various fowl. Martha is always willing to give a tour of her farm garden. There are no official hiking trails on the property, lots of hiking trails on the island.

Nature Lovers Paradise!

Just 32 miles from Acadia National Park! Enjoy your morning coffee with the company of bald eagles, ospreys, blue herrings, Canadian geese, amount many other feathered species. This is the perfect place to reconnect with nature. Kayaks and fishing poles are available for you to enjoy during your stay. There is a fireplace, gas grill, plenty of lawn to play a game of corn hole or just relax in a hammock and soak in the views. Located on Graham Lake in Mariaville Maine

Allen's Tenting Getaway

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay. This property sits on 6.42 acres and has nice tall trees in woods but also close to town and Bar Harbor. There is over an acre cleared flat ground to tent on or park rv. There is bathroom but no water or electric at the site. There is also Ellsworth Ymca 2 minutes down the road for showers if needed. I created this space for everyone to enjoy a not overly crowded area but also close to very neat places.
