The Bird's Nest - Cabin by the River

Located on one of the Seven Bends of the Shenandoah River, the Bird’s Nest is a brand new, custom built 800 square foot cabin featuring an open loft with king bed and skylights, steam shower, heated bathroom floor, and gas fireplace. Exterior amenities include a hot tub, gas grill, gas fire pit table, fire pit by the river, and private river access in a peaceful, wooded setting. Kayaks/tubes are available to use to float down the river with the unique ability to park/exit on the hosts’ property.

A completely equipped two bedroom vacation rental suite. Located in the Historic District of central Harpers Ferry. The Carriage House is a large unit with private entrance, two beds, full bathroom, and kitchen. The shared yard has a picnic table and swing to enjoy the summer weather. Relax in a quiet, curated, pet-friendly art exhibit. Live with paintings & sculptures that are for sale. This garden apartment is tucked into a hillside above a creek, along the Jewel Vinsota Sculpture Trail. Your host/gallery curators live upstairs. The “Artist’s Guesthouse” is next door. The private entrance is down a stone-stepped path. Perfect for 2 w/ the queen bed but room for 3 w/ the living room futon. Fully equipped kitchen. Private charcoal grill and fire pit next to the creek.

Spruce Run Cottage, Farm stay on Catoctin Mountain

The cottage is located on 25 acres of mostly wooded terrain off Highway 17 near Wolfsville, Maryland, less than an hour and a half from D.C. The cottage faces the woods and the private drive down to the creek. There is almost zero light pollution at night so stargazing is incredible from the balcony. The hosts live on the property up the hill in an 1890’s chink log cabin. Although you can see our house, the cottage feels very private and is a quiet comfortable retreat in the hills.

A little piece of the country in the town

Located in the scenic town of Harpers Ferry, this sunny little cottage is tucked away in a great little neighborhood full of friendly people and backyard chickens. The neighborhood has restaurants, a wonderful bakery, two local bars, and we are a 20 minute walk from historic Harpers Ferry. The cottage is owned by two local old time Appalachian musicians, so you might hear some fiddle tunes drifting through the air if you are deck sitting. Bedroom has a queen bed No cleaning fees

Spring flowers, spa tub movie room, best beds ever

Spring starts late Feb early March with all the daffodils. You will want to stay...longer. The most comfortable beds ever, comphy sleep should be priority #1. Our luxury design is unmatched in the area. And our location is at best end of Washington St. 0.25 miles away. No train noise at this end. Spa master bath/ free-standing tub, relaxing deck.
