Breezeway Guest House - Franklin, TN

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

My place is close to The Natchez Trace and historic Leipers Fork. You’ll love my place because the private, cozy cabin is situated on a 20 acre farm. You will have a fireplace and a large screened in porch. Very quiet and peaceful. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, outdoor folks, bicyclers, and business travelers. Please note that Airbnb has exempted this property from hosting guests with service animals. The property is not suitable for children under age 12. No pets.

Poplar Hollow Barn

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! Fire pit, wood and charcoal grill. Check in 3-8pm-no late check in. No pets, parties, get togethers involving non-guests/event photos. MNSTR Permit # 500803. We are not permitted to rent to locals. This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into Airbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.

Full apartment (950sf) on mini farm

Our very cool one bedroom apartment (950 sf) is above our 3 car garage. Our home is a 5 acre farm with chickens, sheep and gardens. If you come in the summer you can pick your own blueberries. There is a beautiful patio with a fireplace where is a pleasure to just seat and drink your coffee or a glass of wine. We really have the best of both worlds; peacefulness of country with the convenience of town!
