This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Close to the city, but away from it all, it's a perfect place to retreat from normal life. This isn't a tree fort. It's a tiny house with a loft in the trees over a trickling spring fed creek. It's private with all windows facing the forest. All the fun of being a kid w/ comforts of home like toilet, ac, electric fireplace, heater & 3 season hot shower.

Easy highway access in a quiet neighborhood. This walkable neighborhood boasts a Saturday farmer’s market, restaurants, local grocery store, brewery and many acclaimed restaurants. Very easy to Uber around Nashville and walk places in Sylvan Park. West Elm furnishings, bespoke bedrooms and a curated tea bar.

Attached to the back of our home, this separate entrance, mother-in-law suite in West Nashville offers a 700 square foot space that includes one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, living room, large bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, kitchenette, table for two, dedicated work space, and high speed wifi. This townhouse is the ideal place for a cozy stay while visiting Franklin, Tennessee. There are many things to do locally and it's a short thirty minute drive from Nashville.
