A secluded hilltop property on 5 acres of trees, an easy 20 minute drive to Nashville. There are great sunsets up here on the hill, a peaceful little dead-end road. The campsite is at corner of my property, tucked just out of sight of my house a couple hundred feet away. The shower in the woods is a real treat :)

The Happy Camper in Nashville's Backyard

The Happy Camper is a 1971 fully restored camper with whimsical styling and all the comforts of home. It is close to the city (20 min. from downtown) but nestled down in a holler in the forest. With a queen bed in the single bedroom, a couch that converts to a double bed in the main living area, and bunk beds tucked into a corner, this is perfect for a family getaway or a group of friends out for the weekend. The deck overlooks a seasonal waterfall and the fire pit is perfect for stargazing.

Prepare to spoil yourself.  He sleeps 8. This is the Glamper for your large family, or invite your extended family! The kitchen features a sink island facing the door, a fireplace, and blue ambient lighting. This travel trailer has a pantry and queen-size bunks! The couch is close to a large flat-screen TV, and the dining table turns into additional beds.   Parents, enjoy the room separate from the rest with mirrors, closet space,  and an upgraded queen-size bed with memory foam.

The Quirky Canary is a 1974 GMC motorhome completely renovated with all the 70's vintage vibes plus all our modern conveniences. This is a unique camper, equipped with an outdoor shower, covered porch, tree net, and a campfire area making it the perfect upscale camping spot for everyone. Located 1.5 mi from The Natchez Trace and 4 mi from Leiper’s Fork Village.

The "Hillbilly" country retreat 30 min to downtown

Country Retreat - just 15 min from dining and shopping and 30 min to the honky tonks on Broadway. Perfect for a little hiking or just sitting on the porch. Listen to the creek, look out over the field and forest that is home to cows, turkey, deer and all the other forest animals that share our home! 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, our completely restored 1949 Spartan Mansion is set up above the gardens in a very private, wooded section of No.9 Farms in Ashland City. Situated on over 40 acres, the trailer sits under a pavilion with an amazing outdoor bath house, kitchen, outdoor covered deck and a fire pit. 12 and older. 2 people. You can stay Sunday if you book Saturday :). Just reach out and I will open Sunday.
