Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. This 100 year old farmhouse has been completely restored for your comfort and is just waiting for your visit. My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light when opened. The patio has seating for two for evening relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV, Netflix and HBO for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

Tiny Blue

An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.

Beautiful, modern townhome in a perfect neighborhood! Pet friendly, fully stocked kitchen, enclosed back patio with grill, smart tv’s in living room and master bedroom. The neighborhood restaurant and bar is a two minute walk away and you are only a 7 minute drive from I77 or I485. Close to lake access and lots of parks but you can be uptown in 20 minutes.
