The Sasquatch Inn is a secluded heavily wooded primitive cabin that sits on 32 acres, with some great views of the Smoky mountains. This is a hike-"Up/Down" the mtn. Hike up approximately 1/4 mile. We can also ferry your gear to and from the parking area in our Polaris General if need be but will need to make arrangements for that. The hike "is" uphill. Bring an umbrella and flashlights for your night-time hike up, and hiking shoes. The hike "up" the mountain can be slippery/muddy when raining.

This small cabin is close to hiking and mountain biking trails, waterfalls and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is 30 minutes from the eclectic Asheville or 15 minutes from laid back Waynesville.

This hand-crafted cabin sits on a knoll in the middle of a Christmas tree farm with an 80-year old red barn and mountain views from every window. You are five minutes to Maggie Valley, ten minutes to Waynesville, and thirty minutes to Asheville, NC. You will find yourself close to the Smoky Mountain National Park, Cataloochee for horseback riding, snow skiing and elk watching. The style uses old barn wood, popular tree bark, rusty metal and 100-year old tobacco sticks on the deck.
