The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Lovingly renovated into a gorgeous one bedroom (new firm king sized bed), one bath apartment (700 sq. feet) with private outdoor area. Directly across the street from Tuxedo Park and 1/4 mile from Lake Summit. Bring your hiking or running shoes, bike or kayak! Well-behaved pets welcome. Easy access to US Highway 25. Greenville SC or Asheville NC are just an easy 30 minute drive.

Our home in Pisgah Forest is in the land of waterfalls. The apartment has a full kitchen, large shower and a fire pit on the deck for your enjoyment This area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, music lovers, hikers and cyclists. If you are planning to visit our state and national parks, please check to see which trails are open. Downtown Brevard is a quaint mountain town with unique shops, a variety of restaurants and art galleries and is just 15 from the apartment.

The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.
