Lakeview home in a quiet neighborhood just 30 mins. from the center of Music City, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium & Ryman Auditorium. Hendersonville offers many restaurants, shopping, theaters and lake access. Public boat ramp 1 mile away. Opry House and Opry Mills 15 minutes away. Airport 30 minutes. The home has 5 Smart TVs, fireplace, grill on patio, treadmill, work area, washer/dryer, fully appointed kitchen, large driveway parking. Driveway and front porch have camera for security.

Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Breathe healthy in this hypoallergenic environment. Stay warm around a central stone fireplace and soak up the cultural significance of staying in a carefully restored domestic cottage listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub to relax a little more. This original tiny house has no separate bedrooms. Spa is near the main house-70 feet from the cottage. Swim wear required. It is private for the cottage guests only. We are 7 miles from downtown Nashville.
