Het appartement is zeer vlot bereikbaar met de trein en auto. Binnen is het aangenaam en stil, terwijl je geniet van het leuke uitzicht op Hal 5, het hippe centrum van Kessel-Lo. Op 5 min wandelen sta je in de Bondgenotenlaan, de hoofdstraat van Leuven. Ideaal voor een WE weg of voor een langer verblijf!

Het ruime appartement voor 2 personen bevindt zich op 500m van het station via park Belle-Vue waar het gezellig wandelen of fietsen is. Een veilige garageplaats op 150m is ook beschikbaar voor de wagen en de fietsen te stallen. Een top verblijfslocatie voor wie de sfeer en gezelligheid van Leuven wil proeven.

Il se trouve au 2ème étage d'un petit immeuble sans ascenseur situé aux pieds de la Basilique et à proximité de plusieurs commerces (épiceries, boulangeries, pharmacies,...). Vous trouverez un arrêt de tram au coin de la rue et le métro le plus proche (Simonis) vous emmènera au centre ville en 10 minutes. Vous pouvez aussi facilement garer votre voiture dans le quartier.

Juste à côté de la gare de chemin de fer "Meiser", connections directes rapides en quelques minutes en train S pour les Institutions européennes. De l'aeroport BUS 12 stop: Meiser (prendre l'avenue Rogier) Tram 62 pour NATO/EUROCONTROL 10 minutes.

Appartement-flat totalement équipé à louer dans le quartier européen Etterbeek/ Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. Le flat situé au 4ième et dernier étage d'une résidence offre une vue dégagé et lumineuse. Il surplombe la rue des Tongres et offre une proximité direct à Mérode (accès central au métro, tram, bus), au parc du Cinquantenaire et à Montgomery. Le quartier est reconnu pour son ambiance « expats », sa localisation centrale et sa concentration de nombreux magasins et restaurants.

Comprend un lit double et un canapé lit et peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. Salle de douche et toilette séparée. Il au 3e étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. 😌A 5 min des commerces, restaurants et transports en commun. Centre ville à 35-40 min en transports. Parking gratuit à 7 min à pied de la maison ⚠️ pas de visiteurs autorisés.

A solo 15 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, nuestra casa ofrece comodidad y conveniencia. Con supermercados y parques cercanos, y acceso rápido a la autopista, la ubicación es ideal.
