Stately 2,400-square-foot Home in Museum Park Place

2400 sq ft stately, stand alone patio home. Enjoy a private driveway, 2 living spaces, eat in kitchen, formal dining, bedrooms (conveniently located on the same floor), in house laundry, and a covetted outdoor patio space to enjoy. 2nd living room has a full body reclining massage chair, large TV and access to the outdoor space. Home was recently designed and updated with all new furniture and decor. Offering a true gallery home experience, we currently are displaying several large paintings by local artist Rylie Caldwell. Her beautiful original paintings are sure to remind you of all the fabulous art you can find throughout the city and inspire you to get out and explore! Great for families, we have a fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar and even baby gates available upon request. Everything you need for your home away from home! Enjoy the whole house and outdoor space. I live just a couple of blocks away and am available for suggestions on the area and whatever else you may need. Located in Museum Park between downtown and the Medical Center, the neighborhood offers restaurants of all kinds, while nearby Hermann Park has a great running trail. Walk to the Light Rail and travel to the Theater District to take in a show. Walkable neighborhood, close to the light rail, and bike rental stations, with quick and easy access to all the highways.

Kick back on a papasan swing in the outdoor lounge area at this two-story artist's space in the Westmoreland Historic District. Abundant house plants, chic wall art, and pink Eames dining chairs make for an eclectic retreat. Close to Midtown and Downtown too! Lovely outdoor lounge areas, chair swings, relaxing hammocks. Additional amenities include a stocked kitchen, Roku, snacks, bath robes, games, books, laundry soap, PureSteam clothing steamer and good vibes♥️ Please enjoy the many outdoor areas I have. You may also try your hand at adding to a mural on my art wall I live in the main house on the property. I am happy to answer questions or give suggestions. I’m available if you need me! This neighborhood frequently hosts walking tours to share the history of Houston’s first downtown adjacent suburb. It's very walkable area with many restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and bakeries just a 5-minute walk in any direction. The whole building has been renovated in 2018, the kitchen is fully equipped for long stay, Bedrooms featuring King and Queen size beds. The area is very quiet and in proximity to restaurants, museums (Asia Society museum located 6 blocks away), the Hermann Park and Texas Medical Center. Parking off street for 1 car (if concerned, contact the host) and breakfast on the run (no perishable food) is provided.

This Space is one of the two pool house suites that sits behind the main house (which can also be an additional Airbnb space or my residence), this is the upper unit. All three spaces share the luxurious back yard, spa and pool. Guest are limited to keep up with covid restrictions and to help ensure the chill vibe the space creates. No parties/events are hosted here and the only way to have the pool & spa privately, is to rent the entire compound. This is help ensure everyone can enjoy

My place is an elegantly decorated three story townhouse in Museum District. The home is perfect for visitors to the Texas Medical Center or Rice University, or to the many nearby museums. This home is very close to Hermann Park, Downtown, Mid-Town and the Texas Medical Center. NRG Stadium is 3.3 miles south, and is directly accessible by light rail. Hermann Park golf course, a public daily fee 18 hole golf course is within 1 mile.
