Perfect Getaway with amazing sunset views from the upstairs balcony and a floating dock on a canal perfect for kayaking and manatee sight seeing. This canal will also take you straight to the ocean. River Retreats Escape/Angler’s Paradise

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.

Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 family getaway or work retreat on the a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature but minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, expansive deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, biking, etc. Pls note, 10 people max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. This is for a mobile suite/camper that we will set up at WEC campground, HITS or surrounding farm/property of your choice.
