As with all of our vacation rental cottages, its vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows lend a sense of warmth and spaciousness. Garden Cottage is ideal for stays of a week or more. It is a studio unit with a fully equipped kitchenette. The amenities includes a convection hot plate, microwave, mini refrigerator, rice cooker, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. You’ll also have access to the gas grill in the garden. Many of our guests use it as a home base since we are located halfway between the North and South Shores. If you need to stock the fully equipped kitchenette, you’ll find several of Kapaa’s markets less than a five-minute drive from Fern Grotto Inn. Fern Grotto Inn is centrally located in Kapaa on the banks of the Wailua River, and halfway between the North and South Shores. The beach is only a block away, with several restaurants also close. Several markets are less than a 5-minute drive.
