Yurt Stay in Nature. South Downs National Park.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Outside there is a large dining area, outdoor kitchen & outdoor bathroom. Child friendly space. As seen on BBC2 My Unique B&B.

Blackberry Annex. Detached cottage. Rural location

The cottage is set in a rural location where you can look out from all rooms across the fields, spotting horses, sheep and cows. The cottage is animal and children friendly, with plenty of walks straight from the door. The living space is open planned with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. The ground floor is all on one level suitable for wheelchair access with a ramp to the front door. Also features a large walk in bathroom on the ground floor. "The Lodge" takes you to the French Alps, yet located in the rural area of Small Dole, West Sussex. Set in grounds of main house, it provides the perfect spot to rest and relax in luxury after a day walking/cycling the South Downs Way/Link. Brighton is on your doorstep 8 miles , or the beach 4 miles, it's your choice! Lodge has: Kingsize Bed, Single Sofabed, Wifi, Kitchenette, Microwave, Hob, Fridge, Smart TV, Shower/Toilet, Private Patio/Seating/Dining/BBQ, Pub 5 mins walk! Excellent food

The Zeppelin with outdoor bath (April-November)

The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) This romantic spot in nature forms part of a sixty five acre woodland. Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular lifestyle retreat from busy lives since then. The woodland Zeppelin is located near our original rental, Airship 001, but is designed differently inside to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal.

Charming 1 bed cottage with large private garden

Nestled in the rural village of Fittleworth, Wishing Well Cottage is the perfect getaway right in the heart of the South Downs National Park. The cottage is newly renovated with many of it's beautiful original features restored. Snuggle up in front of the log fire with a hot chocolate or sit in the large private garden with both covered and open air seating areas, where you can toast marshmallows on the fire pit or sip a glass of wine. A walkers paradise, it is surrounded by natural beauty.

The Studio - A grade II listed bothy - B&B

The Studio is surrounded by a traditional English country garden in the grounds of our Grade II listed cottage. Choose from a variety of nearby pubs & restaurants where you can enjoy liquid refreshment, lunch or an evening meal (3 of which are within walking distance). Take time out to relax in the free standing bath before, or after, a peaceful and comfortable sleep. Wake to a complimentary continental breakfast basket delivered to your door & make the most of a late morning check out.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. "Watching the birds fly overhead, from the comfort of a relaxing bed. Watching the trees in the winds sway, all my worries seem faraway. Dragonfly Lodge Ifold a self-catering apartment tucked away in beautifully quiet West Sussex countryside. This spacious self-contained ground floor flat, previously a large double garage, is a naturally light, modern space nestled in front of stunning woodland in our 7 acre garden and Alpaca field. With a river, canal, rolling fields, woods and a meca of footpaths on your doorstep, this is the perfect launchpad to explore the countryside by foot, bike or horse. It's dog walkers heaven.

French doors open onto a secluded garden area, perfect for al fresco dining, a morning coffee in the sun, or simply relaxing while soaking up beautiful, uninterrupted views of the South Downs.

A rustic cabin in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Tucked away up a long secluded track the cabin is in an ideal tranquil location over looking fields, woodland and a pond. Only 30 minutes from Gatwick and 2 -3 miles from the pleasant market town of Horsham. Walks across fields to local pubs and only 20 minutes from the Surrey hills Guests can enjoy a retreat style atmosphere in this basic but adequately equipped dwelling. Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The pool is maintained Oct-Mar for cold water swimming. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away.
