Woodstock Charmer

Quirky 3 bedroom cottage built in 1927 and lovingly updated over the last 20 years. Only a few minutes from town, but hidden away in the woods with fabulous views of Overlook Mountain from our large deck. Perfect for 2 couples or a family with kids. Our home has a well stocked kitchen, lots of kids toys, games, books, TV and a record collection. There is AC in the master bedroom, fans in other rooms and a working fireplace.

We are 8 miles away from ski slopes in both directions. .Halcottsville is a tiny hamlet In the heart of the Catskills .The porch is a compound with an old general store built in 1890 which is available for rent .We also have a restored barn , gardens and Apple orchard . The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. we have six goats and a mini horse named Batman.
