Plus our pool, jacuzzi tub, projector, giant deck and a stage with sound system, drums amps and karaoke input. The most unique amenity though is The Enchanted Forest. Spend some time in a classic Catskill Bungalow! Beautifully renovated and nestled in the quiet yet all-inclusive Hamlet of Hurleyville; this clean space offers a great place to rest your head and bones. In the cooler months enjoy a beverage by the fireplace or in the warmer months have one on the porch and look out at all the green there is around. The creek is down the street for swimming, stone skipping and splashing!

Quirky 3 bedroom cottage built in 1927 and lovingly updated over the last 20 years. Only a few minutes from town, but hidden away in the woods with fabulous views of Overlook Mountain from our large deck. Perfect for 2 couples or a family with kids. Our home has a well stocked kitchen, lots of kids toys, games, books, TV and a record collection. There is AC in the master bedroom, fans in other rooms and a working fireplace.
