Enjoy nature’s serenity in this Classic Airstream powered by Alex Boller Studio. Conveniently located between the hamlets of Eldred & Barryville, this stream-side escape offers the perfect retreat, while being less than 5 minutes from civilization. This is an active art studio for New York based artist, Alex Boller. The Airstream is tucked under heritage trees that were inspected and approved by a certified arborist. By booking, guests agree to hold the host harmless against inherent liability.

Woodsy Camp Tiny House

Visit majesticfarm .com and insta majesticfarmheritage to get a sense of the grounds. You can purchase wood, meats and farm goods. This is a rustic private tiny house / camp site. Deeply wooded area overlooking a pond. There is one full mattress, a picnic table and a camp fire pit. There is a shared kitchen and outhouse. FALL/WINTER advisory - the water features are turned off from November - March, no water. There is no heat or electric in the house - this is a winter camping experience.

The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.

Moonlight

This is our largest tent featuring a queen plus two twin beds. Luxury linens are provided within a beautifully designed and minimal interior. There is full electricity inside, and has heating in the cooler months and AC once it gets hot.
