Yanity House

You will have access to the entire house fully furnished. Pet's are welcome just keep paws clean its a beige rug. We want everyone to be comfortable, so please let us know how and what you would like to see improved if you rent the unit. We will improve the unit as per guest suggestions. Currently we do not have cable but we do have a dvd and game system in the living room - All the bedrooms have TV's, dvd players or bring your streaming device There currently is no phone but cell service works

Alpine Ridge - Mtn. Views, Fire Pit, Pizza Oven

Alpine Ridge is set on 3 acres of land, high up on a private road. From the house, you'll see the Bearpen Mountain Range across the valley. We designed and curated our home to be a perfect escape. Though remote, we are close to town for all the essentials: 5 mins to Prattsville, 15 mins from Windham and 25 mins from Hunter. Why Kashmir on the lake? in 2004 the house was built by a local husband and wife who were dedicated to having their grandchildren enjoy this special place in the Catskills. The family decided to move south and listed the home to rent occasionally - especially for the music festival Mountain Jam in Hunter . This home was designed with family and friend vacations in mind and has the perfect balance of modern and comfort. Just 4 minutes to Hunter Mountain and 4 minutes to downtown Tannersville, Camp Catskills is a great starting place to explore and come home to. Enjoy a chef's kitchen, fireplace, firepit, multiple outdoor seating, indoor spin bike, and beautiful scenery!

The Greenhouse - Ski House by Hunter

The Hunter Greenhouse is a place to slow down, indulge in personal nostalgia, drink a glass (or two) of wine, and let your mind disconnect and wander. A place designed for friends and family. For good food and good conversation. There's hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, mountain fresh air and dark, starry nights. This is a house, and you can treat it as such. But if you let go, and give in to the energy of a space created with love, this will feel like home.

Nestled in the woods, our 3 bedroom cabin offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cozy interior features a warm, inviting atmosphere with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Diamond Notch Trails Tiny Cabin

12 minutes to Hunter Mountain Ski Resort, 25 min to Windham. 9 min to Phoenicia and 30 min to Woodstock which all have year-round activities and wonderful food options. Nestled in the heart of the Catskills on a street that dead-ends into the Diamond Notch Falls trailhead, the location is gorgeous and centrally located. Take a morning walk to see the neighboring horses at Diamond Notch Trails or in Summer evenings enjoy a frog concert by the equestrian pond.
