26th Street Studio - West Downtown Boise

A fresh and airy guest house located a mile from the center of downtown Boise. Relax in our claw foot bathtub after a long day of exploring the nearby whitewater park, foothills, green belt or downtown scenery. Cook in the kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants for your meals. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. We hope you'll enjoy Boise but it will be hard to leave your sanctuary at 26th Street Studio.

Birch Tree Studio-A Relaxing Retreat

Clean and bright modern studio...this is a perfect way to escape the busyness of life and experience a refreshing retreat. You won't find a TV here (don't worry...there is WiFi) but when you aren't relaxing by the fireplace, there are great places to explore around the area...Schweitzer Mountain Resort is just a 30-minute drive and you'll find lots of great restaurants downtown...many of them with live music. Our studio is designed for two, but a third guest can be accommodated upon request.

Craftsman Treehouse Sanctuary

Treehouse Sanctuary is a hand-built guest space near downtown Boise. This light-filled 480 square ft upstairs studio boasts Idaho art, heated wood floors, farmhouse sink, gas stove, antique desk, firm but soft queen bed, record player, Bluetooth speakers, comfy reclining chair, clawfoot tub, and WiFi. No TV! Free on-street parking. Raised deck overlooks garden. Hot tub. Stairs to access. No pets. Owner lives in separate main home. LGBTQ welcome! Space resonates with peaceful, healing energy.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Cozy In and Out - Guest House and Courtyard

This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

Sleep on a king-sized Birch mattress with a double pull-out couch available; cook in the fully equipped kitchen; enjoy 5G internet. A perfect home base for exploring Boise.

Designed with coziness and tranquility in mind – wood stove, warm lighting, vintage furnishings, and a spacious deck to enjoy the views and wildlife.

Million dollar view of Salmon River Valley

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. The unit also has a kitchen and private deck to enjoy the wildlife and million dollar view!

R Purple Bunkhouse

R Purple Bunkhouse" is an original part of Twin Falls, Idaho history. Twin Falls was founded in the early 1900's. Our home was the first residential home within the early South Park Ranch property. Ranch cows had roamed this area south of the Rock Creek Canyon. The ranch hands worked and lived in these bunkhouses. We have two Bunk houses on our property which make for a unique experience. Our home is separate on the same property. I would enjoy hosting you!

The Mill House enforces a STRICT NO SMOKING/VAPING POLICY ANYWHERE/EVERYWHERE !! If a quaint and organized small place works for you, then enjoy this studio layout with a bathroom, pub table, kitchenette-microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker -LOADS of personal grooming amenities - Speedy Wifi-42 inch TV-Free Streaming Netflix/Amazon Prime. FREE PARKING ON PREMISES. Outdoor cats reside on property. Not really suitable for children/infants due to small living space.

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.
