It is complete with fire pit, patio, walk to fishing bridge & 5 min drive to boat docks!

Outside fun: 200' of sandy beachfront and trail, 2 wood firepits (wood supplied by guests), BBQ, lounging areas, 2 kayaks, 2 supyaks, 2 paddleboards, 12 lifevests, 55' LED-strip trex dock with 120v plugin, swim ladder, parking for 2+ boats. Inside: multi-game tables with pool, air hockey, and chess, movie room, an addt. TV area w/ fireplace. There are 2 King bedrooms, and bunkroom (5 beds).

Play cornhole and relax by the firepit. Plenty of space to store skis and snow gear in the garage, ample parking for toy trailers outside. Creekside property nestled off of paved, well maintained roads w/great winter access.

Welcome to our Cozy Cabin Retreat just 19 minutes north of Sandpoint. 4 acres of mature cedar trees and the crystal clear pack river. Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. Our guests rave about the view from the front deck and the visits from the woodland animals. Indoors you will have plenty of space to sit and play games, read a book or just relax. The well appointed open kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. And don't forget about the soaking tubs after a long day of hiking or skiing. We are only 30 minutes from Schweitzer ski resort and Silverwood Theme Park and 10 minutes from Sandpoint. So much so close....skiing, hunting, kayaking, hiking and great dining!

Enjoy our 2800 square foot house that sleeps 14, with large game room, private 30' dock with seasonal access to lake life (bring your boat, we provide kayaks, pfd, inflatables, and paddleboards). 2 dogs permitted. The home is minutes from skiing, riding, snowmobile in winter. Spring and Fall weekend events. This home puts you in the center of it all!

If you like open spaces and beautiful rim property views of the mountains and gorgeous morning sunrises and evening sunsets, walks around a ten acre walking path, access to a relaxing private lake, views of pastures where sheep (and lambs in the spring) graze and the view of pretty hens pecking around for bugs and worms providing you with farm fresh eggs for breakfast...then this is the place for you. We are pet friendly but have a two dog limit!
