A detached house in it's own grounds with no shared amenities. It is located in a small hamlet close to Chinon in the Val de la Loire. Shops, chateaux and beautiful villages are a short drive away. In the house there is a small sitting room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one with an en suite toilet and basin. Bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and basin. Undercover area set for eating alfresco and relaxing where you will also find a ground floor toilet and shower. Parking. Large garden.

Le Domaine situé proche des châteaux de la Loire, est un lieu de départ idéal pour la découverte de notre belle région. Vous pourrez à votre retour profiter d'une baignade dans notre bassin naturel, d'un bain dans une authentique baignoire de château, ou encore d'un bain nordique au feu de bois.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille et profitez des plaisirs simples de la vie en vous promenant dans le jardin, en vous relaxant sur une des chaises à l'ombre d'un arbre ou en vous plongeant dans un bon livre dans un coin paisible au bord du bassin, sous la gloriette fleurie ou dans les allées du potager familial Bio Amusez vous d'une partie de badminton ou canalisez votre énergie au tir à l'arc puis découvrez les bords du Cher pour débuter une balade ou une partie de pêche.

Sur la commune de CHOUZÉ SUR LOIRE, cette maison typique tout en pierres de taille, date de la fin du 18eme. Elle a été rénovée avec goût, en prenant soin d'intégrer le côté ancien à la modernité. Prenez votre vélo et sillonnez les bords de Loire, observez les oiseaux et les belles lumières se jeter dans le fleuve. Vous vous laisserez facilement tenter par les nombreuses caves avoisinantes pour repartir avec du bon vin de Bourgueil. Posez vos valises et profitez pleinement !

Our guests say they love... relaxing on the balcony overlooking their (saltwater, key-secured) pool, watching the sun rise and set, toasting marshmallows around the fire pit, BBQs, basketball, ping-pong, and fast wifi. In June, pick cherries for homemade jam. There’s grassy space for sports, a semi-shaded courtyard, and colourful rooms with upcycled furniture by local artists. Nearby: castles, Futuroscope, and cozy ing up playing board games by the wood burner in winter.

On the garden ground for our chalet we will be happy to welcome you in the heart of the Loire and Cher castles, a stone's throw from the Beauval Zoo: very good geographical location between Tours, Blois, Amboise and Loches. The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.
