Hilltop Haven offers many wonderful amenities including a patio with a scenic view of the Hill Country. It is a great place to relax in a quiet neighborhood, enjoy the Guadalupe River, nearby Wineries, golfing, hunting, fishing, bike trails, horseback riding, canoe/kayak/tube rentals in the area. Less than 30 minutes from Fredericksburg. We decorate for Christmas!

Casita Montalbano Private Guadalupe River Access

Riverfront property on approximately two acres of land with a private patio on the beautiful Guadalupe River, and a charming rustic country cabin up the hill a bit (one minute by car, five minutes walking). Two private bedrooms, plus two sets of bunk beds in open living room area (total four twin beds), plus brand-new queen sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms - can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably with total of 8 beds. Pet friendly - we love dogs (and all animals) and welcome your fur babies!
