The space sleeps 4 adults comfortably & can accommodate up to 6 if you’d like to utilize the queen sleeper sofa for an amenity charge. We are a privately owned condo in Grand Palms Resort, but their shuttle and extras are not included with this listing. You will enjoy parking for 2 cars, WiFi, premium cable and a safe, quiet space to call home.

Great space if you are looking to getaway! The home is conveniently located 3 miles from Holden Beach and 35 minutes from Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. Small private lake/Private dock on premises great for fishing, quiet neighborhood. Home has plenty of parking space for multiple cars and boat. Large back yard with picnic table and charcoal park style grill for family and friend gatherings. Large front and back decks with rocking chairs. Back deck has beautiful lake view.
