Brand new kitchen and an adorable lanai for enjoying the panoramic view of sunset or morning coffee. Our teak swing above the cottage offers a horizon view of the ocean.

Waterfront cottage on private, gated 1 acre estate. Close as you can get to an over the water bungalow in Hawaii with direct ocean access to swim, surf, kayak, snorkel and watch dolphins. Walking distance to manta ray, snorkeling, kayak, whale and dolphin tours, golf, restaurants, movie theater, and outdoor art market. Two room suite. Queen bed. Living room with 50 in TV. Two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other with two twins that can be made into king upon request. Full sized, fully equipped kitchen. You are walking distance to Honl's beach and to downtown Kailua Kona. The unit is the downstairs of a duplex, so no stairs. Infants are considered guests.
