Super located 1 BR Condo on the south edge of Kailua-Kona. Walk to Kona shopping and restaurants or to the pier for an ocean swim and return for a relaxing swim in the pool. Great WIFI for a working vacation. This is a timeshare. May 15-June 13 is first floor with a large lanai. June 15 - July 13 is a 3rd floor unit with a small balcany but a great view of the bay and the Royal Kona Resort. AT LEAST 1 GUEST MUST BE AGE 21 OR OLDER.
