This charming cottage is a haven tucked off of Folly Road. Only 5 minutes from Folly Beach and 8 minutes from downtown historical Charleston. This hideout is not in a neighborhood and the weather right now is perfect for the new firepit with cabana out back! The porch over looks the large lot that is framed in by four majestic Grand Oaks that are draped with Spanish Moss, hence how the cottage was named. While relaxing it is possible to see the occasional deer, turkey, racoon and fox.
