Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Seven Palms Beach Retreat @ Jax Beach

Stay at Seven Palms Retreat on 2nd Avenue in Jacksonville Beach for a quiet getaway. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is just 7 blocks from the beach, a quick 5-minute bike ride to the sand. Relax by the fire pit on the back paver patio and grill outdoors. Our completely renovated home ensures a clean and welcoming environment for your trip.

Only 10 min to TIAA Bank Field to see the Jaguars or enjoy your favorite events. Home features a scenic backyard with lake views. You can sit on the fishing deck or relax on the dining family deck . If you like to kayak, go for it. Then come back to enjoy a nice evening with family or friends around the firepit.

Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. So much to do in Downtown Jax, look at the pictures I posted for suggestions and all only 8 minutes away from location! Please check out our reviews!
