The High Country Hobo Preserve: Rustic Cabin

Welcome to the High Country Hobo Preserve. This hidden gem is nestled in the Cleveland National Forrest. Guest cabin has all amenities: wood burning fireplace, board games, fishing poles, bottle house, bbq, and gold pans for when the creek is flowing. An outdoor fire pit if winds are calm. It has old character, unique charm, and is close to old mining town, Julian. Kitchen has fridge, hot plate, grill, microwave, coffee maker- coffee tea provided. Pets welcome, has dog door, fenced yard.

The Little House in the Oaks

11 mins to Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel- live music + restaurant, 30 mins to PCT trailhead. Modeled after the 1970s series “Little House on the Prairie,” the house is nestled in the oak grove on 32 acres of land. Features include a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, a clawfoot tub that looks out into the oaks, and a private outdoor eating area. In the summer, enjoy cooling off in our shared natural swimming pool. In the winter, cozy up next to the fire. Marvel over the stars at night

Vineyard & Winery Guest House

A hidden gem! Please send an inquiry if you are interested in staying with us. Get away and stay at the historic pioneer era Clark Ranch established in 1885. Our guest house sits above our winery tasting room and has its own private entrance and driveway. It's clean, cozy, and self-contained . Make it a weekend 'getaway' stay and sample our fine wines. There is a tower in the vineyard where you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun set. Balcony overlooks Dulzura Creek.

Back Country Retreat

Back Country Retreat is nestled under oak trees and surrounded by a natural rock setting. You will be greeted with several flower gardens. The retreat has a lovely flagstone patio with outdoor gas firepit and custom cedar bar. Pine Valley has clear night skies with no light pollution. You will feel right at home in this quiet neighborhood with access to the Cleveland National Forest for hiking, biking or birding. Owners live on the same property, so you may see them.

Expansive spaces, ocean views, birds singing, and larger than life granite boulders all come together to offer something that feels like magic. More like a national park than a home, we've found that guests enjoy the pace and peaceful surroundings and spend most of their visit without leaving. That being said, if you're feeling more exploratory, there are many options within a short drive including hiking, wine tasting, horseback riding, fishing, and even sky-diving.

The Brick House at Pine Creek Ranch

The Brick House Is a Unique "Great Room" Guest House with 1,000 sq. ft. of space located on a 30 acre ranch nestled in the amazing San Diego Mountains. The house is surrounded by the Cleveland National Forest. There are trails on the property with breathtaking views plus direct access to Hiking, Mountain Biking, Trail Running and Horseback Riding. The ranch as a whole is simply beautiful! It is very private, quiet and makes for a great romantic getaway as well.
