The Cozy Island Home sits on a half acre in a quiet neighborhood between historic downtown (1 mile to downtown connector bridge), and Folly Beach ( 3 miles to Folly Beach). There's no hotels on James Island which is the only connection to the beach. So, if you're looking to get close to Folly Beach, without the noise or paying hundreds of dollars per night, we'd be honored to host you. Our home is safe, quiet, cozy and deeply grounding. We pride ourselves on calming energy ready to welcome you.

The perfect blend of comfort and convenience in our spacious, private guesthouse, located near the beach and downtown Charleston. In a safe and quiet neighborhood just off Folly Road. Our spacious guesthouse is exceptionally clean and has up-to-date amenities, well stocked full-size kitchen, and comfortable beds. Our lovely 4 bedroom/2 bath home is perfectly located in the heart of the desirable James Island neighborhood. Drive 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston and 8 minutes to Folly Beach. Enjoy plenty of space, great beds (2 kings, 2 queens), and a stocked kitchen. The home is very clean and has a front porch to relax on, as well as a large backyard with a fire pit. There are many amenities like WiFi, full size mirrors and a washer and dryer. You can bring up to 2 cars and park in the driveway.

Welcome to Peaceful Haven! We live in Oregon, but visit often to spend time with our grandchildren. You will find our house fully-stocked-we have stayed in many Airbnbs, and want to make sure you have what's needed, without being burdened with our belongings. LOCATION: Our home is located right between Charleston and Folly Beach - 12 minutes/5 miles to each. ISSUES? Our son & daughter-in-law live right around the corner, and care for the home.
