We've prepared a private space in our pet and smoke-free home which includes one bedroom with a comfy queen bed, a full bath with shower/tub and a cozy TV lounge that offers a breakfast/work table and a coffee station with mini-fridge and microwave. You’ll find your rooms to be immaculately clean & fresh.

Cottage Under the Oaks

A lovely studio centrally located on James Island, The Cottage is about 5 miles to Folly Beach or Downtown. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and almost everything on the island is within a few miles. *No children under 13 without prior approval.* **We do have a 30-day minimum during some dates. This suite is equipped with a walk in closet, bathroom, kitchenette, queen bed and spacious a living area. Conveniently located 15 min from Folly beach and 15 min from downtown Charleston. We are pet friendly with a small $50 pet fee (total for stay, not per night).

Mother in Law in James Island Riverland Terrace

The property is in our back yard, We are a family of 5 with a dog. We have lived here since 2005 and we love James island Charleston , we built the mother in law suite to receive family. The mother in law suite is a studio that has a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with a stove and oven. We have a dog and we keep her in our house most of the time.
