This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and no parties. Guests can enjoy a little bit of everything, from a communal swimming pool and fishing pier, to a 10-minute walk (3 min golf cart ride) to the beach or take a 20 minute car ride to Historic Downtown Charleston.
